Solicitation Review
Federal agencies have a requirement to identify individuals with a background in biometrics to potentially serve on source selection panels for biometric solicitations (i.e. - review proposals submitted to federal agencies for RDT&E in biometrics and/or operational systems). By completing and submitting the form below, you will be added to a list of potential reviewers which federal project managers will have access to review when they are developing source selection panels.
Federal project managers are not obligated to choose panel members from this list. Some individuals may be asked to serve multiple times, while others may never be called upon. It is entirely up to the needs of the panel. You are not obligated to participate in a source selection by submitting your information. This is simply a method for federal project managers to identify individuals, with relevant experience, that may potentially be interested in participating in a source selection.
Providing your information for inclusion on this list is completely voluntary. Information provided will be used only for the purpose of locating individuals familiar with biometrics who have indicated their willingness to serve on agency review panels through the submission of their information. Submissions will be shared only with members of the National Science & Technology Council's Interagency Working Group (NSTC IWG) on Biometrics for the purposes described above. Information will be retrieved based on items most relevant for locating qualified reviews (biometric experience, security clearance, etc.), not by name. Information submitted will remain in the database for no more than two years. Two years after initial submission, your information must be re-submitted in order to remain on the potential reviewers list.
You are entitled to review the information we have on file for your listing at any time. To receive a copy of your information click here and enter the email address used in your submission. Your information will be emailed to you at the address provided when you completed the form. As a security precaution, this information cannot be mailed to any other email address; it will only be forwarded to the email on file in the listing.
To update information on file for this list, email updates to biometrics@brtrc.com; this email should be sent from the email Addressed used on file to validate update requests. If your email address has changed, please provide the following information: email address currently on file, new email address, name, phone number, and employer (as they currently appear on file). If you wish to be removed from the potential reviewers list, email a request for deletion to biometrics@brtrc.com. If information provided in the email (email address, name, etc.) is different from information on file, you may be contacted by a system administrator to verify the request.
